Pose for Coffee

I asked this coffee rancher if he would let me photograph his cart and oxen after making his delivery. He went a step further and posed for the scene.

This image is a good illustration of coffee production in Costa Rica. If you look closely at the coffee bushes above, you can see some of the bright red coffee cherries that are ripe for picking. The image goes a lot further by emphasizing the colorful and artistic side of this fascinating country.
Many ranchers still build and decorate their carts with their own designs.
