Ojo

Cast iron owls watch over the center crossway in Franklin, TN. This building which currently houses the city offices is decorated with an owl perched above each pillar. I assume that the building’s original occupants were lawyers. It was built in 1892 and stands catty-corner to the county court house.

If you look at the large view, you can see a huge grasshopper perched below the owl looking over the edge. (The grasshopper is real).
